Cardas Power Cords

Has anyone had any problem with the male plug on Cardas Clear Beyond XL power cords? The ground prong on several cables has come loose. I am not sure if this affects the performance or safety. Might have to send them back to be repaired under warranty as they have done before. I want to see if this is an on going problem  with the plug and how to avoid the issue from happening.

I bought a Cardas connector and fixed my own on a used cable. So, yes, they do fail on occasion. Good cables.

Good to know---I'm looking at getting a Clear Reflection power cord. Hope they fix it.

I am sending them back to Cardas. All were purchased from authorized Cardas dealers. Their customer service is good and I am confident that they will correct the problem. Thanks for your reply. Sam

Just send them back to CARDAS for an assessment and repair if required . OEM product  should be covered by a lifetime warranty and it may just cost you a modest shipping. 

I’ve got a full loom and all are flawless and are built like a tank... Im quite surprised at your experiences ( plural) . Where did you purchase them, AND are  they verified OEM cables with a Certificate of Authenticity….. or are they “otherwise”?
