Only if noise and EMI will affect the motor's PS to cause erratic behavior. In general, electric motors are fairly immune to noise & EMI. Power Supplies are not, but given it is driving a motor, I'd put the money elsewhere in your system. Frankly, I would want to hear serious problems where you can positively confirm that noise / EMI from the power mains is causing a problem before you put any money there.
