I think it should be fine. Your room volume (ceiling height) and open doorways also has to be considered. Nice speakers. A friend of mine has them and loves them.
804s would seem great for this room size. 803 is quite abit larger and may be ok for this room. Maybe 803 is too large and will be limited in reaching a discernible improvement, although maybe not? A quandary.
That is roughly the size I'm using with my 804D3s. Shouldn't be a problem with the right room treatment (mainly first-reflection and echo suppression). 804s are 15 inches from rear wall.
