Are there any recording artists you just can’t listen too?

Springsteen... "Born to Run" ... Run from the draft is what he did.. He makes up songs about the plight of the working class but never worked any job for one day in his life. Now he tries to be politically relevant. Even his own father couldn't stand him and hated his music.

i like your intention and attention but most people will enumerate what they dont like without explanation...

I know why i like Bruckner it is less evident why i dislike  some artists...

The intention of the discussion was to say why any said artists were perceived as underachieved or bad and to share the reasoning why.

@gdaddy1  are you kidding? He was born into a working class circumstance in New Jersey for God’s sake. And he busted his ass as a musician from the time he could play. I mean, it’s not Stanley Kowalski hauling meat up the stairs laborer, but that’s a pretty working class upbringing

Great reply and counter punch. Reminded me of the social background and guts of the film “Rocky” plus the training sequence in the abattoir.

Plenty . All screamers Metal even some of the Punk screamers.  Rush , Geddy Lee fingers on the chalkboard for me.  I respect the players not the music.
