Mapman, maybe not everything in the world works better cryo'd, but Ferarri engines do, razor blades do, golf clubs do, golf balls do, rifle barrels do. So do cables, wires, power cords, transistors, tonearms, turntable platters, CDs, LPs, crossover networks...things of that nature.
I often wonder how anything in this world works well without being cryo'ed first.

I suppose just because something can be cryo'ed doesn't mean that it should.

My philosophy towards any esoteric tweak is be sure you have the fundamentals right first before experimenting with esoteric tweaks and expecting them to solve the fundamental issues associated with any good hifi setup.
You could keep her that way between cooking meals, cleaning, shopping, bedmaking, laundry, lawnmowing, car washing & waxing, dog washing, fence painting..........
The wife treatment is a wonderful thought. No more shrieking or screaming sound can come . Everything smooth and relaxed:)
I wonder, though, wouldn't such a treatment make her, well... cold? ;-)

There has been much written in the Audiogon forums regarding Cryo-treatment if you do a search.
Be sure you can replace anything you cryo in case you don't like it or it gets damaged, either of which is possible. Cryoing is irreversible.

Yes, don't they? I wonder how many cryo'ed parts were used in recording, making, and delivering the music cd/lp/digital track?
Yes. I cryo'ed my noisy wife. Background S/N specs unbelievably better afterwards. Highly recommended. ;>)
