Another question about bi wiring

I used two sets of kimber kable 8tc wires.one for uppers one for lowers on a set of nht 2.5i.i connected them at the amp using banana plugs that have a screw in lock on them plug one in the amp the other in the banana plug with the screw hole to lock in the other plug.i think it sounds better.does any one make a 2female to male banana plug.thought about using a spade connector  also .if you use wire jumpers what is the difference with that or the bidding straps?cheers Bob

Plenty of posts regarding jumpers vs. bi-wire. Just search.

Regarding your current connection, I think it sounds okay. Another way to connect is to have one pair as spades and the other banana, or stack two sets of spades-which is kind of a pain and you really have to be careful that they are screwed tightly so that they can't disconnect ( and possibly short the amp).

If you’re using this type of connection, binding straps should be disconnected. Straps and jumpers are only used when connecting to one set of binding posts. Not needed with biwire to upper and lower posts.
Another solution to consider is having another set of binding posts  installed not he back of your amp.  Did that years ago and never regretted it.
@james_edward   Sorry for upsetting you.  The above post should read " Another solution to consider is having another set of binding posts  installed on the back of your amp.  Did that years ago and never regretted it.
If I went with a blue jean cable canare 4s11 cable bi wire cable would there be much sonic difference over my kimber 8tc
