An integrated amp with an MM phono stage including a loudness control

I am looking for the following integrated amp.  The list is ordered in order of priority, the highest and most important being the first.  Must signifies a mandatory requirement, cannot live without it :-).  Should is highly desirable, but I can just about live without it.

  Any suggestions ?

- Must absolutely have a loudness control.
- Must be an integrated amp.
- Must not cost more than about $2500.
- Should be able to provide a minimum of about 100 watts/channel into 8 ohms.
- Should have a reasonable quality MM phono input stage.
- Should have speaker short circuit protection.
