2004 Olympics: Any Experts on Greek Music?

I'm trying to figure out the song Antonis Remos sang after his duet "Emis" at the 2004 Olympics' closing ceremony. I'm interested not only because I liked the song, but the trumpet accompaniment to the song was clearly in part from Chuck Mangione's "Children of Sanchez". Any leads would be greatly appreciated!

Also, any recommendations on which of Remos' CD's is his best work would be appreciated.
