Base trap spacing
Yeah...I feel much better...by the way, BASS...it's BASS NOT "base."
Cable elevators
I'll believe in cable risers (actually, I won't) when somebody explains what's happening to the poor tortured cables inside EVERY speaker...the crossover gets it also...the dreaded vibration. Be afraid, be very afraid...
Randy Meisner has passed away.
I saw him with the original Eagles opening for and playing with Linda Ronstadt at the Waikiki Shell in the early 70s. Gotta say, the Eagle's live vocals were stunning... perfect. Randy was absolutely a great musician and killer singer.

How cam Morrow Audio keep offering 45%-65% discounts for trade-ups?
I have an SP4 pair also in my video rig (it was replaced in my main hifi by the new version of Kimber SP8 as I needed a longer pair)...I have to know...who is the person who has paid full list for a pair of Morrows? Somebody out there...maybe...

I have some Morrow cables and they sound fine, but it still mystifies me that they’re described as "solid core" when their cables (using seemingly the same wire for IC and speaker cables) run from 8 to 288 ("SSI" somehow coated with something) tin...
To Tone or Not to Tone, that is the question.
Schiit EQs including the Lokis I own are utterly transparent unlike any other EQ I've used for personal or pro work over many decades. You can flip it in  and out with zero effect or clicking or any change in the bypassed tone as long as it's flat...
Recommendation Request for Tube Power Amplifier
Black Ice (formerly Jolida) are well made great sounding amps, and a relative bargain. Rogue is also well regarded and the Atlas Magnum III is cool.
Will China become the poor man’s dealer for high end audio?
The existence and success of Schiit Audio tosses these arguments aside. Also Apple, the most successful company in the world, could easily make everything in the USA without slave labor and still make a huge profit.
Am I broken? Am I stuck? Do I have to return my audiophile card now?
Yoyoyaya (!)...my comparison (did you actually read my post?) simply regards the crafting and parts cost (not counting research...still...) aspect of uber expensive speakers...and your complex  Apple computer isn't relevant because it's made by ro...
Please recommend decoupling footers for DAC
I use Vibrapods here and there as they keep things from sliding around, but I think the "audiophile vibration paranoia syndrome" (AVPS) wastes time and money.  Vibration is part of life...what are you doing about the wires inside your speakers? Ye...

I was a Wilson Watt fan from when I first heard them decades ago (mid to late 80s or something). I couldn't afford 'em, but now I could easily...however...I now think pretty much everything Wilson (and many other expensive "drivers in a box" desig...
My history with treble.
Pass Labs was started in 1991.
Why Don’t You Post Your System on Your Profile?
I can simply tell you what my system looks like: Electronic items arranged on a wooden rack. There ya go!
Magico's M9
You actually would have to not use your "flea watt" amp as the Magicos aren’t particularly efficient. Also, I'd have to borrow a pair from nearby Goodwin's to see how they sound in my room and I'm afraid they might not loan them to me...I mean...I...
