Just got a new Bluesound Node. Very disappointed!
Did you turn off the clock as another poster suggested?  This has a huge impact on sound quality.  It always makes a positive difference when you have an external DAC

Did you get a connection finally. Other macs shouldn’t cause an issue.  Did you restart the Innuos?  There is something wonky preventing the two from talking.  Does your Innuos have a direct Ethernet connection between device and DAC?  I think it ...

@badgerdms odds are you aren’t getting an IP address on the device.  Restart your router.  If you have a Mac Mini on your network turn it off while you try to connect the M3. Restart the server feeding the M3.     those are next steps
Has anyone herd the Hegel h390
If you like clean, clear and articulate, Hegel is for you.  I would not be shocked if you like Hegel coming from Bryston.  What Model 4B is your Bryston?  Are you trading for a new or used Hegel?   Quality of the deal depends on those factors.
Digital All in ones, i.e. Naim Uniti Nova
AVM C2.3 is $7k and a really nice one box solution. The DAC won’t be a Meitner but their sound should appeal to you if you are a Meitner fan. AVM has units between like $7k and $18k in their all-in-one range.

@badgerdms in the Roon “audio” menu under settings you need to find the M3 and enable it.  Once you do that, you need to select the M3 as a zone.  If you have done that already, then I need to dig a little deeper.
What next after Lumin T2
I have had the Lumin T2 in on trade and spent about 3 weeks with it as an every day DAC and tested it against a bunch of devices including Bricasti.  If you were really happy with the T2, I would look at Weiss or Chord as alternatives.  Both the W...
Antipodes K50
Awesome!   I have the Oladra coming in August to hopefully get to the next level.  I am in production run two.  Will be pairing it with the MPD-8 from Playback in my main system.

So, Anipodes S30 could be setup just as a player and you would just run Roon core on the Zenith.  I have never had a customer match an antiopdes player with another brands server.  It would only connect via USB.  This is not my first choice.   Th...
For those that have separate Streamers & DACS
So, the Bricasti M5 is a player/renderer and lacks support for streaming services like Tidal or Qobuz.  It needs a server to pair with it to work.  This can be a computer, Roon Nucleus or a myriad of other servers.     The Antipodes S30 will serv...
Luxman vs Hegal
@arafiq i agree with you regarding luxman’s sound. I was maybe generalizing the critique. I agree that detail is there. It is a lack of crispness that is quite musical and engaging with luxman. It is definitely softer than the crisper sound of Heg...
Luxman vs Hegal
I know the Revels well.  They do like a little power.  Hegel and Luxman are like comparing BMW and Lexus.  They are both nice cars but the driving and riding experience is very different.  Luxman is going to sound soft and musical yet the detail ...
For those that have separate Streamers & DACS
@sns Couldn't agree more.  Actually running a separate server and player, even modestly priced ones (Roon Nucleus & Bricasti M5), will outperform many server/player combos and give you flexibility in the long run.  The key is making sure the s...
Mojo Audio Deja Vu vs. Antipodes K50 or K41
Where are you?  If you are in NE corridor we could do a compare when my Oladra arrives.  I would figure out how to get you a K50 for a compare but I just sold my demo to get the Oladra.
For those that have separate Streamers & DACS
What I find funny is no one asked what DAC you have.  The best solution can vary depending on the DAC and what is the best input.  Many devices use USB.  This may or may not be the best input on your DAC.   Also, you have not mentioned a budget. ...
