Pass Labs Power amps choices
As I understand it the .8’s have a slightly more muscular output with a more tailored harmonic content, on the other hand the .5’s are more harmonically neutral (than the .8's). I believe Pass Labs will still offer .5’s on request.

Speaker Cable Wireworld vs Straightwire
^One of the original Straightwire guys went onto Wireworld.
Aleph / speaker pairing
The various Aleph models differed so much that such generalizations would not be helpful.
What are the most used terms that say the least in the "High-End"?
"Quantum"?
is this the greatest live band of all time?

Thiel Owners
^IMHO, a much better option.
Amp recommendation to drive Thiel 3.6 speakers
^A worthy consideration.

Even if bi-amped both amps would need to do most of their work below 4 Ohms. And with their 1st order crossovers larger than usual overlap (compared to other crossover slopes), would suggest using identical amps would be more appropriate as well.
New integrated amp
Have you considered just outputting your Oppo 205 into a better power amp with appropriate input sensitivity and input impedance sans the perhaps superfluous extra expense pre section of an intergrated and extra interconnects?
What's the best non-DAC streamer?
No love for the Roon Nucleus's?

Look for something that can deliver 400 to 2000 Watts into 2 Ohms.
Krell KST-100
The KST is a Class AB amp, not having the heavy Class A bias typically associated with most Krell’s. IMHO, not a bad amp, but a cheaper Krell not really up to the standard of most of their other amps.
Best amp for kappa 8.1
I’m not saying Class D is not capable of sub 2 Ohm loads, but not many units out there with independent tests to support such load capability.
