Neil Young calls out Tidal
@kitechaser  Your say, "Some of the members on audiogon want all the unvaccinated to die, they want us ostracised from society, lose access to medical services and be fired from our jobs. It’s a bit hard to keep the topic limited ...  etc." Well...

Don’t know if you’ve noticed this, Yuri, but there are these things called hospitals. They are used to treat sick people, like with heart trouble or cancer or accidents or knee replacements. Except now,’bout all they do is Covid. Little to none o...

Paid by the word, Yuri?

@yuviarora  You write that the vaccine is known to alter genes. Would that be more or less of an alteration than coffee? By the way, which vaccine are you talking about?

Well done!

Planar-magnetic was Magnepan's first technology, which they perfected. The DWM's and MMG-W do not use crossovers. That's two big plusses for me. Now they use ribbon technology for some speakers, but I haven't lived with a modern ribbon design, so...

I have owned Quads, ML, and Magnepan. Specifically, Quad 57’s, 2805’s, and 2905’s; ML Prodigy; Magnepan Tympani 1A, IIa, IIIa, SMG. Have just ordered Mag DWM and MMG-W for the HT. Considering that you already own Sound Labs, I would not consider ...
Buyer Dispute
Time is not on your side here. I would take action this day - well, Monday. Not Tuesday.
Advice needed on power cables, wall warts, conditioning, electrical outlet
@alexberger Well, toroidal cores are harder to make and much harder to wind. Hence torroids are more expensive. For all I know, it may be prohibitive to shape exotic core materials into toroids. Certainly my Lundahl silver phono SUT’s sound great...

Why do you say that, @alexberger ? Stray fields are smallest, efficiency highest. Please share - I do hate persisting in error.
Advice needed on power cables, wall warts, conditioning, electrical outlet
A last note: when the electrical inspector came to inspect my installation, he said it was the cleanest power he had ever seen, comparable to the electrical generating station where he used to work. It may not be as flashy as the Koetsu, but it's ...
