best vintage stereo receiver
I had a used Marantz receiver and paired it with some old klipsch speakers and a linn turntable and got good sound. The Marantz is nice sounding and holds value. Plus they have a cool tuner and cool blue lights.

You could always auction them on ebay to th highest bidder, and let the market decide what is a fair price. You can save a few bucks by setting an initial first bid at say $10 instead of using a reserve price. Also, list them all at the same time ...

At what vol level do you get rumble / flutter?
Its either acoustic feedback or tonearm/cartridge compatability. I doubt its a compatability issue because your TT/arm/cartiridge are all very common and medium mass. I stil say its acoustic feedback...
At what vol level do you get rumble / flutter?
It doesnt sound like your TT is malfuctioning. Rumble is generally caused by acoustic feedback, particularly in TTs without suspension. Try isolating the TT on a wall shelf, pods/cones or some other method.
