This one. https://www.discogs.com/The-Who-Tommy/release/515683 It's a 1973 MCA reissue. It might be hiding in the bin of your local store? I have a 1969 US Decca, that sounds great, but spotty. I have this later reissue, and it sounds quite good...
Speaker Placement
My copy and paste has been working overtime http://www.cardas.com/room_setup_calculators.php Naturally, YMMV. Works in my room, along with some room enhancement-ceiling/first reflection damping. Multi sub setup as well.I’ve heard the GE Tritons so...
Looking to improve my system
I wouldn't blame the equipment. So the speakers are in front of the long wall?If WAF and the system isn't in a living space, I would have the speakers firing the length of the room-speakers on the short wall. Those speakers would sing 4-6 feet out ...

PrimaLuna Preamp Upgrade Question
P300? I have the PP Premier. It was long discontinued, but powerful enough to handle a modest system. I have the HP-essentially the same amp.Check the listings for a P3/5. They are becoming cheap on the used market. They will handle an modest syst...

PrimaLuna Preamp Upgrade Question
j-wall-I use an ancient model with good results. https://www.stereophile.com/powerlineaccessories/ps_audio_power_plant_premier_ac_regenerator/index.html Got it here, for cheap. Yet another polarizing subject. It's actually getting refreshed at P...
PrimaLuna Preamp Upgrade Question
"Brand new Focal Aria 936’s. Pleased with them, but they’re not the end all be all’s."Positioning and room. The 936’s are nice speakers. If that doesn’t work-Kanta or Sopra...and better sources-the madness doesn’t end. I use a  PS Audio Power Plan...

PrimaLuna Preamp Upgrade Question
Get the preamp with definite intentions of going separate amp later.Subjective sonic upgrade. Lateral upgrade IMHO. You have a great integrated amp. The sonic presentation is the sum of components/room.PL user for many years. I’ve heard the propos...
