Phono cable recommendations
I found the VPI phono cable works best on my Prime and I get 0 hum!

I have to agree with folkfreak, he is on to something.  His system is of extremely high resolution and thus, enables him to more freely hear minute changes in the sound, compared to a guy like me with a much more modest system.

I  had a Parasound Halo for almost 2 years.  It was ok, but not as great sounding as the magazines would have you think.  There was a thinness in the upper mids which I never liked.  I bettered it with a McIntosh MA6600 Integrated which went for 6...

Ozzy........................They can be removed but not very easily.  You need to remove the base of the speaker and remove 2 screws on the bottom of the grill.  It then slides up and off..  The speakers sound much better with the grills on howeve...
