Prima Luna Vs Accupahse
The Prima Luna Hybrid amp has gotten some rave reviews when it first came out. Looks like a winner.
Still looking for a new Moving Coil Cartridge
I think I may order the new version of my broken Dynavector.  Although I hate to throw $1200.00 into it, it doesn’t seem like the cheaper cartridges will do what I want.  I was really hoping to get out of this for $600 to $700 bucks.   I will have...
Still looking for a new Moving Coil Cartridge
In my OP I said I wanted little surface noise. That does not imply my records are dirty.  I have a VPI 16.5 RCM and all my records have been cleaned and put back in the jackets.  I just don’t want a cartridge that emphasizes the surface noise and ...
Still looking for a new Moving Coil Cartridge
The Zu/Denon cartridge was retipped by Andy at the needle Clinic in Washington state I believe back in 2018. I have less than 100 hours on the retip as I was using the newer Dynavector until it got ruined by a curious little boy.

@lewm, How would the Nagota cartridges sound with my Rock records, that is the most important thing to me?

I am a little nervous about a wood body.  Does the Grado have threaded holes or do you need to use those impossibly tiny nuts?  If it doesn't have threaded holes, it would be a non-starter for me.  My hands are not as steady as they were just a fe...

Yes, I love the delicacy of the sound.  What MM might you suggest though?
Feickert Volare + Shick 9 + Hana Umami Red
Enjoy your new toy, sounds like you will have many evenings of musical bliss.
I’m getting a hum in my integrated tube amp and it’s bugging me alot
I would call the company back and tell them what you told us.
Anyone else using slugs instead of fuses? Comments on metals used and sound please
I can’t believe people are talking of using slugs in the Twenty First Century.  If you are using slugs in your equipment and God-forbid it started a fire, your insurance most likely won’t cover it, especially if it’s Allstate or Liberty.  Just say...
Finally arrived !!
@total111, very impressive.
Esoteric VRDS-NEO not reading discs
They use a 15 amp power cord. I am using an Acrolink PC4030 power cord.  Perrota Consulting gave me a great deal on the used cord.
Finally arrived !!
@total111, thank you for clarifying.  I first thought it was a new Naim piece.  What is the brand of the amps and how do you control the level of each amp since it’s crossover-less?   You must have had to do endless tweaking of each driver level.
Finally arrived !!
I am a bit confused.  What are all those pieces on the rack that look exactly the same?  Looks to be 12 of them plus a controller on the other rack? What are they, what do they do and what is the brand?
