Fourier Amplifiers What Is The History and How Reliable
I’ve got a vintage English roadster (‘55 Triumph), and the engine is half apart now.  But after working at a computer all week, I don’t mind getting greasy.  I would have to take anything electronic to a skilled repair shop.  So for me, it sounds ...
Are the new Ohm Walsh speakers Audiophile quality?
I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas, except it’s the 4-5000 upgrade for my Walsh 4s.  Apparently, they are working on upgrade orders now.
Record Cleaning Machines
I’ve maybe got $600 into it, and other than the initial spreading of cleaner and putting on the spindle, it’s pretty much hands off.  I can do 6 at a time but usually do 4 with a little more space between them
Record Cleaning Machines
I have both a generic 40 kHz tank and 135(?) kHz sweeping US tank from Vibratto.  I use both, and noticed an improvement when I added the 135.  I spin the records in the 40 first after applying disc doctor cleaner, and then in the 135 that also se...
Full range speaker for rogue 90 or 100 wpc amp.
My 100 watt Rouge Audio Cronus Magnum II has no problem with Ohm Walsh 4s.  They aren’t the most efficient and they go plenty low.  I found a pair used that had the speakers redone.  The pairing seems synergistic.  They seem to be fuller with this...
More watts or better power ?
A used PS Audio P5 regenerator made a huge difference to my system, but our power is awful.  Usually when I look, incoming AC is about 17% total harmonic distortion, and outgoing is about 1.5%.  The wife and sons noticed a difference.
Ohm Walsh speakers in the 21st century
I picked up a used pair of Ohm Walsh 4 from the 80’s about 5 years ago.  They work great in a room that will probably never be amenable to precise imaging or room treatments, and the only place for speakers is fairly near the corners.  One 40 foot...
Help with Shortlist of Speakers! (SF vs Devore vs Others?)
If you are thinking Larson, and Duke’s assumptions about your room and seating placement and soundstage are correct, maybe look at Ohm Walsh talls.  I haven’t considered other speakers since I picked up original Ohm Walsh 4s many years ago.  A cro...
Rackit
I will add that on our first transaction, ordering on the Etsy site got confused, and he refunded what was mistakenly charged the same day!  I’ve now placed 4 orders, and Ryan’s been stand-up.
Rackit
I have, and recently got a response.  When I ordered in late April, through Etsy, it said to expect 10-12 weeks or something like that.  In the last week we have corresponded.  I use the contact link on Etsy.  So I think all is well.

Looking for some help with my TT journey.. Records are looping..
I have a MoFi turntable and a Soundsmith B&O SMMC1 and adapter.  Probably not what would be called for for the MoFi table, but it’s a great cartridge and both my B&O tables died.  The only “difficulty” I had with set up was the anti-skate....

Cartridge recommendations?
Yes.  Under B&O compatible, I think.  If you look at the specs, they’re a great deal.  That’s why I tried the one I already had on the turntable that’s supposedly not the best match.  I never did get an answer here about how that “mismatch “ m...
