Do Toslink Coaxial adapters work well or ....... The MSB Digital Director is a good way to go. MSB no longer makes them, but one can be had on the used market for about $100.00. My situation is a little different than yours where my transport is coax and the digital input on my Dspeaker Dual cor...
Monitor speakers that disappear:best image/staging Definitely check out the Shelby+Kroll Nano monitors. No matter where you sit they sound great and the soundstage never collapses. I'm starting to sound like a broken record but more people need to hear these speakersCompletely agree! The Shelby + ...
Adding Tone Controls? If not you would still have to use the DSPeaker in an analog processor/tape loop, since its only digital input is optical. I'm using a MSB Digital Director to convert from Coax to Optical into my Dual Core. I have the same issue with Coax only fro...

Best 2-way room friendly speakers Shelby+Kroll Nano Monitors and Woofer Monitors!Detailed and musical with a soundstage that doesn't loose center focus even when off axis. The monitors drop off quickly at 100hz and the matching "sub" picks it up from there. Match with either a Dspe...
Advice on stand mount speakers Why no sub?

Age Limit for Speaker Cables Sometimes cables can oxidize as Elizabeth mentioned about the Monster Cables above. Cables usually become obslete to the listener due to a system change. I have setttled on DNM speaker cables and IC's. DNM has been around for quite some time and h...
