Your P7 has an excellent phonostage capable of handling a low-output mc cartridge. No need to change it! 
LP made from a digital master recording...
Most of the LPs of the last 20+ years have been made from digital files. 
Tubed Monos for Focal Aria 948s
A nicely restored pair of Dynaco MkIII's would work well. About 70 watts from a pair of KT88/6550's. I have a pair in my collection. Still among the best tube amps ever!

The problem with the Stanton and other vintage mm cartridges is finding replacement styli that are equal in quality to the original ones (no longer in production).

The Denon 103 (a fine mc cartridge) will not work well with the 7T. You will need a step-up transformer or a phonostage with higher gain. That new Shure M97 would be an improvement over the Stanton! Another recommendation would be one of the wood-...

I confess to having two pairs of these "Kabuki" speakers in my collection: Coral and Sansui. I wonder how they would work with my Sanei 2A3 SET amp?

Japan had speakers that received the moniker "Kabuki" sound. A forward midrange, bright top end and rolled-off bass. But they were quite efficient and driven well by low-power tube amps. Unlike the American acoustic suspension speakers of that era.
