Best power cord for Audioquest Niagara 1200
The answer to your second question is "no" so there's no need to answer the first one.
Power cable Advice...
Without knowing your room treatments how big the room is how big your house is how far away you are from the nearest electrical power station power cables don't matter.
Interconnects
To answer your question, no. There is no difference between interconnects unless they have some type of resistor or other electronic altering device built it. When will people learn that cost is almost never the factor that they think it is, espec...
Ways to make your digital streaming sound better
Magic bullets for 1's and 0's. Hilarious.
Finally...subwoofer that's aesthetically pleasing!
Aesthetics are clearly in the eye of the beholder because those are not pleasing to my eyes.
Upgrade My Turntable - How Much Do I Need to Spend?
I don't think price is an indicator of quality and there certainly isn't an "audiophile range." There are many high quality turntables that can be had for much less than $4000 but the question is, would you think they're good enough? Spend as much...
Yes, cables do make a difference -- regardless of price...
I like how if you don't hear a difference you're not "open minded" or don't have a "highly resolving" system. 😐
Cable Break In for the Naysayers
I still cannot believe that in this stage of Audio history there are still many who claim cable break in isn't imagined.   Produce scientific measurements and objective evidence of it happening and you might have a reasonable argument.
Power cable for AQ Niagara 5000
Doesn't matter as long as the cable is rated to carry the amps you want it to. Don't fall for the marketing lies.
Accuphase E-5000 factory power cord good enough?
Until you get someone to assist so as to not deal with confirmation bias, you'll not know that there is no difference. Cables of all sorts are the biggest cash cow for the companies that make them. Profits through the roof.
3-4 dB dip at crossover region: what should I listen for to hear it?
Why do you want to listen for something that many consider a flaw? Just enjoy the music and if you can't because of some perceived problem, buy some different speakers and do not look at the frequency response. Sheesh.
I took Frank Zappa’s advice
There's not much better than enjoying some cold watermelon while relaxing in the Easter hay.
Is more amp power always better...?
More watts do not make for better sound. If that were true, a Decware Zen Triode would sound like absolute garbage at a whopping 2 wpc yet it does not. It continues to baffle me what some people believe despite any objective evidence.
Does a turntable mat make any difference?
If you're talking about a difference in sound, absolutely not.
A $250 Power Conditioner?
Interesting how many audiophiles base their decisions on cost vs if it actually improves the sound. This item won't.
