Recommendations for automatic tonearm lift
I have tried AT, Tru-lift and Little Fwend lifts and Little Fwend was by far the best.

I prefer phonostages with balanced output - typically has a lower noise floor. The Aesthetix seems to have the highest gain of 75 dB which gives you flexibility to try a wider range of low output mc cartridges.    
How many turntables have you owned?
5 - hopefully this is it unless they come up w one that'll change records for you (meticulously).  I guess I would even consider one that only flips the record for you.  
which turntable for the future?
Lots of good suggestions here.  I own the Air Force V Premium and can say that the Air Force turntables are spectacular. The vacuum suction improves the sound significantly and the capability to install four arms is a plus. Get yourself a top-notc...

I seriously doubt that anyone would sell you a high-end cartridge (> $3k) "low hour" cartridge for 25% of MSRP - highly unlikely.  Maybe a Denon 103, but nothing more.  Buying used cartridges is risky, but people do buy used cartridges. The pop...
