Cables for Tenor/Kharma/Capitole MKI Beg to differ Fmpnd. Kharma speakers just don't have much in the way of pop and are better suited to small groups with less than dynamic recordings. Glad you are happy with your purchase, but that is why there are more speaker builders than any ot...

Improve the Sound of your Parasound HCA3500 Never been inside a HCA2200 .....Might be a good idea to check the AC polarity as it is with any piece of gear inserted into your system......
Improve the Sound of your Parasound HCA3500 Think about it.......All the components are hooked together with interconnects that hook all the ground potentials together.......Just having one piece with the wrong AC polarity will destroy proper imaging of the entire system.....
Improve the Sound of your Parasound HCA3500 Why were all the Sony SCD-1s built with the wrong AC polarity? Nobody checked it at Sony and nobody checked it at Parasound's contractor until Parasound instituted a procedure almost two years ago.....
Improve the Sound of your Parasound HCA3500 R-44 is actually about half way back and the third component from the top of the board on each side as I recall, but it is marked...........Posted this a few years ago on AA and this will make for a much better amp.....Lots more to do, but the mai...

limited outlets in wall and need for electricity It would probably be cheaper to call an electrician and have more outlets installed than buying a box full of outlets.......Use some decent outlets and 10ga solid core Romex .........Have another circuit pulled off the same phase as the current on...
New Tenor Hybrid Heard the hybrids at Mike's place in Seattle.....The amps just had ten days on them, but liked what I heard....State of the Art? Hard to say as didn't know any of the gear involved other than the preamp we substituted for the passive Mike normally...

Parasound JC-1 with B&W Nautilus speakers? Hey Ritten, yep the JC-1s are thin and in your face for the first thirty days of 24/7 music and calm down after that....You might want to take another listen to them with more time on the clock....I'm at five weeks of 24/7 music on my current pair...

Goldmund Studio-still one of the best? Had three friends with T3Bs or T3Fs and they would sometimes misbehave......I used a Shreve Rabco on the Goldmund Studio before I bought the Rockport table over a decade ago........I would be sure that there are parts and service available for the...
I'm Not Flexible Nathanu, TG hasn't been around long enough for a website as just our 21st year in business :-) I have dealers who do all of that.......Best deal is to get yourself a Gen II HSR-I or HSR-A used and have it rebuilt into a 688 cord which is very clos...
Is a cable cooker worth it? Sean, nice post......I just use a cheap 100wpc receiver and a couple of 8 ohm 225w load resistors to break in speaker wire for thirty days and nobody has complained yet.....The MOBIE uses a 10,000 ohm load and 15v 1K square wave and it works great... |
