Experienced audiophiles best speaker Now that was easy, wasn't it? The Wilson Benesch / deHavilland room at RMAF 2008 was one of the best at the show IMHO.
Best nos 6sn7g for my Atmasphere mp1. I think alot of folks bought from Andy with a view to having a long-term stash, so no harm done methinks:)
Experienced audiophiles best speaker Can't argue with what you heard, but I never heard Harbeth sound like you describe them, "dry" and "no music" doesn't sound like the Harbeth sound to me. Now, I have always heard them with tubes, but I don't think that explains the discrepancy as ...
ProAc D38-R What price are they?
What Cables for Quad 11-12-21-22 ?Tubes Anyone? Signal are very well made and spec'd cables, another no BS cable that is well made are those by Blue Jeans.
Best U.S.A. speakers? Not sure that being a U.S.A made speaker is much of a distinction, so many of the great ones are - though not their drivers.

Experienced audiophiles best speaker I am not sure that I understand the intent of the OP? It seems to be something different than simply asking, "what is the best speaker you have heard?" It almost reads as if he is asking what is the best speaker according to those that have heard ...
Nola Viper Owners, Lend Me Your Amps I too once owned the Elites and I must say they worked quite well with the Pass Aleph 3s (30 watts, Class A), you might think it would be underpowered, but it did not seem that way. Are the Vipers as "tube-friendly" in terms of impedances as the E...
Nola Viper Owners, Lend Me Your Amps I am not sure if it is only ARC, but at two recent shows that is what he was using - the REF series. |
