| IC between Linn Majik & Mimik I switched from Linn IC's to Audiometallurgy GA-0's Cary preamp to Kudos, and Mimik II. Not sure it made any improvement, but did not hurt either. If you like the sound now, save your money for something else. Good luck. | |
| Linn Mimik I have a Mimik II. I had a Numerik hooked up to it and sold it since it made no difference. If the Mimik plays as good, go with it. No need to spend extra money for something that may or may not be any better. Good luck. | |

| What percentage of audiophiles use a sub ? If you have a good system with good speakers you don't need a sub for 2 channel sound. Music isn't recorded in the studio or even played live with the bass dominating everything... although bass is an important part of music... just don't over do ... | |

| Will I need A moving coil set up device? I have a Cary pre that requires a min. of 1.4mv so I use a dynavector 10/5 mc (piece of junk) that puts out 2.5mv so your combo should work. Antique Electronic Supply should be able to get you matching tubes. 480-820-5411 good luck |
