Fritz Carrera BE vs. Harbeth 30.1 Nice job @arafiq. How many hours are on the Fritz speakers? Maybe they’ll close the gap if they break in further.Oz
Anyone Using A Boston TT Mat I had one years ago on a Nottingham table and it was a nice improvement over the stock felt mat. Then I bought a Well Tempered Amadeus and it actually sounded worse on that table.YMMV
Is this Klipsch upgrade worth it? I had the Cornwalls placed about 20" from the front wall. Closer was fine too, but was the placement I found optimal in my room.Oz
Is this Klipsch upgrade worth it? Not sure just how much better the Forte IV is over the III. I owned the IIIs for a while and thought they were very good. Moved on to Klipschorns then to Spatials. Came back to horns with the CW IV. My opinion is that it is definitely worth upgrad...

Picking an Open Baffle speaker for 2w SET amp - plus bonus question !?! I'd say you would need speaker sensitivity approaching 100 db to work with 2-3 watts. You aren't likely to find that in most commercial offerings.Oz
Can someone suggest a lush tube integrated under $3000 used Fortunately Raven Audio has a very generous 45 day home trial period. With shipping both ways and restock fee that could get kind of pricey. But it's the only way to know for sure.Oz
Can someone suggest a lush tube integrated under $3000 used MC, is your Blackhawk "lush and syrupy'? If so, sorry for you. If not, nice try and thanks for playing........
Can someone suggest a lush tube integrated under $3000 used You guys are throwing out random suggestions of amps that you like. Can someone suggest a lush tube integrated under $3000 used If lush is what you want, then the Cary SLI-80 (non F1 version) is the one you want. To my ears it was TOO lush, sort of uninvolving. And that was with horn speakers. But it will certainly never offend.Oz
Tang Band 2145 in action I finally opened the YouTube link. Sounds like a small transistor radio. That is all…..
