Bobby Dukoff ‎- Swingy Saxy Sound (Stereoddities 1959?)This guy engineered a bunch of sax mouthpieces. He died aged 93 in 2012 and his company still sells them. Very mellow sax with some funky Hammond B3 type organ.

Seems to be a stock fault on these tables. Check in with manufacturer.  Ensue your tracking force is correct.

LONDON Decca, Tzar DST and similar cartridges
Yeah, it's just that tinny, microphonic Decca sound when the stylus hits the groove. If you are gentle, it can be minimized.
