Yes. Use the amp you have now for the moment. I said /budget/ for a new amp but only change one component at a time.

Neither. The Denon has too many components built in. you will end up paying for a new DAC and phono stage. The Parasound has electronic issues which could fail (see Amazon reviews). Look for awesome tube preamps/power amps/DAC/Phono stages for the...

Don't worry about it. The speaker rating is the max power they can take. They'll only require a few watts at reasonable volume.
