Does Kronos Sparta turntable come with a tonearm?
You could look at the Kronos .5 for $16k and upgrade to the full Kronos when your head is ready to spend more.  
So where do you fall in the spectrum.? Gear or Music?
Having a good system has allowed me enjoy more music. That said, I play mp3s in the car. Music wins.

Think that's bad? Lots of folks in our neighborhood run two-stroke motorcycle engines at full throttle for hours. Amazingly, they strap them to their backs and blow leaves around. It's bizarre and really very f-ing annoying.

My older post from 2019. Interestingly, I have had the opportunity to test out a very well made 12" Well Tempered clone with a carbon fiber tube. (See Virtual Systems profile) And it has the same characteristics of slightly slower and duller sound...

The thinner sound is possibly a reduction of colorations inherent in other transducers. I also found that effect when moving to Nobsounds. Switching back sounds leaden by comparison.  Whether the power supply compensates for this cleaner presentat...
