Do you listen to your music with your eyes open or closed or a combination of both?
Open. Staring at the hanging bulb over the turntable. Because LEDs sound bad, it’s a 60w incandescent, and I know that one day, it’s going to burn through the plastic and fall on the cartridge.
Susanna Hoffs + Travis
Nice. Hoffs is the business.
AXPONA AND SWAF SOUTHWEST AUDIO FEST WHO IS GOING? Would love to meet yall!
Such a typical American lack of replies. No one wants to meet up. I’ve the same story with my BFFs. I suppose the thought of being saddled all day with a clingy old guy babbling incessantly about their tube rolling endeavors might not be worth the...
Would it make sense and be safe to put power conditioner in front of PS Audio regenerator?
Not in front of–but you could try beside. Use one for the source, the other for the amps. Use same twin outlet. Also try direct to the receptacle with no conditioners.

$6450? For a spring-driven AT95e? LOL. Might work for someone unable to use a tonearm.
A question about tube rolling
Yes, most of us tube rollers have experienced "wow" moments. I've been doing it since the 80s, although I'm satisfied now. You might run the name and price of the dealer recommendation by the members here to ensure you're getting value.
Tampa Audio Show 2025
Large, expensive speakers are never going to sound good in a deluxe hotel bedroom.
Trojan Warning?
Emptying your browser cache usually gets rid of local script-based junk pop-ups, and the associated malware scanning warnings.
Cartridge - sweet spot on the cost/sound curve?
Not quite. If a curve is traced where sound quality is on the X axis and cost is on the Y axis, there exists a theoretical infinite set of sweet spots ocurring at any point on the curve. By stipulating the budget of $500, the OP is looking for the...
I feel for you
On the contrary, the beauty of a cohesive understanding stimulates both hemispheres. "Science is the poetry of reality.” – Richard Dawkins.  Only if you define "mind" exclusively in terms of the left brain!
