ML 335: Binding post question
@jjss49 Thanks for the pointers. $104 from Cardas? Ouch. @68pete Thanks for the confirmation! @testpilot Not an option as my two other amplifiers have 5 way posts and when I bought these cables (Morrow) I paid to have banana-type connectors put ...

ML 335: Binding post question
Hi @dill, I kinda suspected as much. I haven’t found any images and the manual doesn’t say anything about anything but spades or a hook of some type.  Thanks!
Sweet Sounding DAC
Border Patrol owner here. I got mine to bypass the internal DAC on my Bluesound Node2.  I find it has a nice soundstage and when the tube rectification is kicked in, it’s even better. Vocals are enchanting.  On the downside, it’s pretty limited ...
Probably a dumb question
Seconded on Echo Audio. Good folks, excellent service. Worth the drive down from the Greater Seattle area.  Good luck on your hunt! Happy listening.
pS Audio is dealer only now I guess..
Perhaps try refreshing your browser's cache. I just visited the site for the first time and see prices for their products. Happy listening.
Why are People Dumping their Audio Research Gear and What Does it Say about them?
I have an ARC SP11 MkII and a VS110. Neither of them are going anywhere.  ARC's reputation for quality and durability rather speaks for itself. There aren't many brands that are so sought after on the aftermarket... And should the worst happen, a...
What's your picks
I heard these at the Pacific Audio Fest and I gotta tell you, I was impressed: https://vanatoo.com/shop/speakers/transparent-one-encore/ I don't even need a pair and I wanted to buy them. And later on if you move, you can pair with a sub and the...
How do I switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet cables?
@balooo2 mesh is NOT daisy chaining... Here is a better explanation, please see "Star topology versus daisy-chain topology": https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1045875/#point3 The two really are fundamentally different. OTOH if you're comfortab...
How do I switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet cables?
@balooo2 , with respect to your "daisy chain" description, not quite. To daisy chain something means that you configuring whatever to be in series with one another. However a *mesh* system is not "in series". Here's a good explanation: https://ww...
How do I switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet cables?
Please don't take what I say as gospel, it is merely my experience. Several have extolled the Asus Ai Mesh system and for what I have found is good reason: It works. It is easy to set up and tune and provides excellent coverage. We have one base ...
Audio Research Owners Worried?
To my way of thinking, I think the only thing an ARC owner would have to worry about are proprietary parts. For example, early CD players and Analogue Modules that you can't get anymore. And likely the new ghost displays. With the schematics howev...
Admitting my error…
As others have said, buying used is a crapshoot. And I'm not sure buying a large lot is really all that economical. How many treasures do you think you'd get versus the amount of dreck? Then there's the disposal of the stuff you don't want. Nah. B...
Why do we stop listening to new music as we get older?
OP here. I want to say that've been following this thread with great interest. I've enjoyed reading almost all of the posts especially those that present their own ideas on why the phenomenon seems to occur and how to go about getting past it.  ...
Forced to DIY
When I owned four motorcycles the two that gave me joy to work on were the '93 Ducati 900SS and the '75 Moto Guzzi 850-T. But aside from oil changes, the other two, '96 BMW K1100RS and '04 Kawasaki ZX11-R got the "Visa Wrench". They simply were no...
