The best speaker for a small room...at any price point.
If a pair ever becomes available, a pair of Sonus Faber Extrema's, with the oval sub in the rear, on the matching stands. Magical, with the proper amplification. And this, from a horn aficionado. Enjoy ! MrD.
Klipsch KG2 Speakers- Crossovers Needed- Where to Purchase?
To answer your question as to where to buy, contact Bob Crites. He is big with anything Klipsch, and is on the Bay, or just google him.
Klipsch KG2 Speakers- Crossovers Needed- Where to Purchase?
Did you swap channels, left to right, right to left, making sure it is the speaker, and not something prior to them ( amp, source, interconnects ) ? I needed to ask. When you put your ear near the tweeter of the speaker in question, does it seem t...

Calling all Vandersteen Fans
Vandersteen 2CE Sigs are just not for everybody. End of story.....Just like what I own......just not for everybody......
Speaker Break In...? Or listener “Break In”?
This, of course, is a varient to the power cord threads, where many people cannot hear differences. And if you read very carefully, the same " few " continue to show up, and imo, show ignorance in listening ability, and making claims, again, that ...

Adcom GFA 5802 for $95 ? Worth checking out. But, for that amount, I figured something was wrong with it. As it turns out, it is for a front faceplate of a GFA 5802.
Odyssey "Khartago" Stereo Extreme" amp compared to Schitt's "Vidar" amp
My understanding from my readings, is that Jason Stoddard ( the other half of Schiit ) had as much to do with all of the amplifiers designed by Schiit, so credit should be given to Jason, as well as Mike.
Speaker Break In...? Or listener “Break In”?
Both, actually. And, it can take quite a number of hours dialing in the " sweet spot " in the room: speakers relative to the walls / corners, and the location of the speakers, relative to the listening chair. Not to mention, the acoustics of the r...
I need opinions, Schhit Freya+ and an appropriate Amp
wolf, you react, as if you, personally, are being attacked. Take a chill pill..………..it is all about the music, and we, as listeners, are all individuals, with our own ideas, interpretations, opinions, experiences, etc. All good buddy. In fact, did...

To embrace what georgehifi was saying, you can get a pair of Nuforce STA 200’s at $499 each and, passively, vertically biamp the 7s. Most people are clueless to a configuration like this, but it is quite amazing. I am using the exact set up on a 3...
I need opinions, Schhit Freya+ and an appropriate Amp
wolf, say what you want ( as you always do ), but descriptions on various threads, including musicians threads, speak of " color ", warmth ", and " roundness " of tubes, especially bass players and drummers, where quickness, tightness and control ...
I need opinions, Schhit Freya+ and an appropriate Amp
I have not heard the Aegirs, but I own 2 STA 200s, which drive my several pair of Klipsch exceptionally well ( drives all my other speakers as well ). I do have many other amplifiers as well. I have also gone passive, as a preamp no longer makes s...
"Dazed and Confused" about upgrading current speakers
I would try and bypass the CJ preamp, as it could be adding to much warmth, robbing you of exactly what you are saying you are missing ( try an inexpensive passive unit, such as a Schiit Sys, or a Douk Audio passive, the HiFi version on the Bay )....

I will play devil's advocate here. 1st and foremost, I am an old time Klipsch Heritage fan boy, Klipsch Heritage expert, and a retired audio consultant, whatever...….I know Klipsch ( the Forte II was marketed as a Heritage model after it's release...
