The radio waves put out by the SG are picked up by the wires in the AC grid equally as well as the wires in the components in the system. I don't even distinguish between them. The grid is the system as much as anything else.

Right. Basically what you are doing is first you try and find the location where you get the smoothest/best response. Then once you have that play with toe in to get the kind of imaging you want.  All you can do is try and see. That is all anyone ...

I remember back when I used to record my lp`s to cassette, I could very  loudly talk right at the cartridge while recording and I could hear my voice on the tape afterwards.That's what is happening here I`m pretty sure.It's not mechanical IMO...

Interesting question. They work great on my wood floor, a lot better than anything else I've tried. And there are guys with concrete and tile and hardwood etc. This is one of the demos that put me over the edge, Max stamps his foot from 15 feet aw...

I've got news Gary, it is always a compromise. Nearer to walls is more bass not less. Farther from walls is less bass not more. This goes both for the speakers and you. Where you sit matters as much for bass response as where you put the speakers....
