Cabling throughout system
The Kimber KS3035 will crush any one of the above speaker cables mentioned. The 3035 to AZ Santori is a complete joke. I tried both for a week. As a matter of fact the less expensive Kimber Monocle X blew the Santori away. The Santori is only a li...
Least Losses: Long speaker cable vs. Long Interconnect?
Ck your amps specs. If your amp only needs 1 volt or close to reach rated output you will be just fine with a long IC. Use a good ic with a shield. Don't use MIT. MIT is garbage in my opinion in my experience. Kimber makes good cable. Use the best...

Is a 12' X 16' room big enough for stereo?
Hi, drrdiamond and Alexc are giving you the proper advice. Those dememsions will cause problems. Keep the demensions unequal and NOT divideable by even or odd numbers. The room is big enough, just the wrong demensions. I suggest you do some resear...

Just add the Placette Passive preamp with remote volume to your HTS 1 and enjoy your SACD player. You will be very pleased with the Placette passive. No need to waste money on the HTS 2. www.placetteaudio.com

Which 5 ch Amp for Home Theater?
For a smooth topend, the Classe cav75 or better Classe cav150. The cav150 is a great sounding amp for both music/video. The 75 or 150 will blow that Marantz away!
