Has anyone ever tried two center channel speakers? I have Martin Logan speakers in a home theater, with a Logos center speaker. I am thinking of replacing the Logos with two Areus i speakers for the center. Any thoughts?
Good CDP with digital input/DAC capable Brow-Brow, like in the brow of a Neandethal Man, how FAR did you go in school, or was reading composition an option?? I was enjoying the thread until I read your outburst. Perfectly clear to EVERYONE but you as to what the author was asking about.
LCD Flat screen tv's You're right, this is a great forum to educate and be educated. Good luck in your search.
LCD Flat screen tv's You should change your attitude about the other brands. For your budget Olevia is a great buy. I personally own the 537 model which is used as both a computer monitor and television. Its ability to serve both masters is better than the sony's and ...
What amps go with Martin Logan CLS II's? I have owned the CLSIIz for more than 7 years and found McCormack amps to be a very good match. Remember, you want high current amps. Another solution would be Harmon Kardon Citation 7.1 or 5.1 amps. Either one have high current per channel.

Best Sounding 2 Channel Sound Card For nonstudio use of a computer, even putting in a sound card is a waste of money. As good as some of the cards listed above are, the only logical choice is to use the spdif from the motherboard. All you need is an output for the digital signal. G...
Lack of Simaudio Home Theater I, too, believe sim moon makes a superior product, an almost traded in my meridian 568 for the sim home theater processor. Not to sound like a snob, but to go to a sim home theater processor without a major upgrade of your speakers would be, in my...
Review: Martin Logan CLS IIZ Speaker I've owned the cls for over 4 years and use them in an audio-home theater mix. I tend to agree with johnk when he says they lack the rock dynamism i want when its time to go loud and raucous. However, I feel norfish's sadness when he reflects on t...
Which high end DVD-A would you recommend. There are two ways to go with the Meridian 568 which I also use and I have explored the ways to add dvd-audio and sacd. One is to wait for the meridian modifications to the 568 expected later this year which will allow users to connect the meridia...
Mods : Fools Gold or the Real Thing I can understand why manufacturers don't use the higher quality parts -- the public, including many who purchase higher priced transports, are satisfied with the sound. My take is that the after-market modding in transports is no different than au...
