Speaker cable made you say: I was looking for a natural presentation with a flat tonal balance for SC's. In other words a cable that has as much as I can get musical texture/body and no highlighting of anything. I got a recommendation from a member here, 'Stanwal'. He was a ...
"Slam"--what is it, is it really accurate? Slam is when you have a speaker on stands and your grandchild runs a football route into one of your speakers and it gets knock up against a wall like body check in hockey. It is very accurate and I hope it never happens again.
What about the Belles SA-100? Hi PhusisI mentioned that because I have seen a few 150v2's for sale on the 'Gon here, sellers said they had for only a year or less and said their amp sounded fantastic(I think that is what sellers usually say isn't it?). I wonder if they heard i...
What about the Belles SA-100? I agree. Thanks Noortje.
What about the Belles SA-100? My 150a ref v2 took roughly 850 hours to reach it's peak. As good as it was about every week I was happily suprised that new nuances of sound for a more positive and natural presentation would rear it beautiful head.I don't know if most wait long ...
Review: Amadi Maddie Signature Interconnect I got one pr of the 'maddies'. They have enabled my system to sound more real. By that I mean more of everything AND in a more realistic way. Many times you get one or the other, more sound with some artifacts that you don't like that come along a...
Lightspeed Attenuator - Best Preamp Ever? Thanks Lacee. I am glad George recommended this PS and that you and Banquo263 have used it. So now hearing about its positive effect it is on my list to get as soon as I get my new innerconnect, Amadi Maddie Sign., in my system and broken in. Than...
I don't get it Bander if you want user experience please tell us the speaker brand and model. Then with some input from others on YOUR speakers you might as your op states 'get it'.
What about the Belles SA-100? Because all the '150 iterations have been around for so long maybe the ref 150 and 350 were easy upgrade paths. Maybe because ones system that they would have in place are mostly 'ready made' for the upper grade amps of the 150ref or 350's. Could ...
What about the Belles SA-100? I do not know about the sa-100. But all the Dave Belles amps I have heard are excellent. Get very very close to some of the best for quite a bit less. They are made with a common sense approach and seem to have good dependability.
My System any comment's? Ya. It looks like you can relax put your feet up on a stool and listen to some tunes man. If you collect anything else let us know. It is nice to see you are not missing out.
Boom boom boom boom Thanks interesrting, thanks Tortilladc. I didn't know that. I have the cd John Lee Hooker 'Boom Boom' and the inside cover credit says words and music by John Lee Hooker. And if anyone likes John Lee Hooker that is a good cd.
Best speaker firing across short dimension of room I have Vienna Acoustic Mozart Grand. I might recommend these or the Beethoven Baby Grand. I have a similar space, 12'x22'. What I like is I can have my speakers separated wide, now 14' and I still get some of the best centerfill of any speaker I h...
Boom boom boom boom You got it. Cool man! That was my thought in putting it down. John Lee Hooker is good music.
Boom boom boom boom Sounds_real_audioThanks, appreciate the input. It seems my sweet spot is about 35" out from back wall and 63" from side. I move them all the time(for about 2 yrs now, and I leave them there from a couple of minutes to a couple of months) and I thi... |
