What are the best speakers you have ever owned and why?
Here is my list mostly in order. I may have forgot one or two. What is interesting I did not get rid of one to get the other. I was not looking for improvements with other speakers. With a little time and attention most all of these could be made ...
When artistic and entertainment worlds collide.
Nice headsup guys. I do not listen to the radio, haven’t since about 1967. I like getting recommendations a lot. My favorite way to get good music. And here on top of that there are people like bdp24 and others that give back stories a lot of time...
How to DIY yourself very nice Class D monoblocks
ErikBelles reference 150 v2 class ’B’ ampDavid has started with a clean slate for the Reference series, and this amplifier bears little resemblance to its ancestors. The 150A Reference V2 is a Class B design that provides 125 watts per channel int...
Know about PranaFidelity?
They are beautiful sounding speakers. They have a humanness to them. No aspect of their sound really sticks out to me. They do cause you to focus on the music in the best of ways and not the sound itself. You can call and talk to the designer Stev...
How to DIY yourself very nice Class D monoblocks

I agree a lot with whart. I am not any kind of a measurements guy. But I do not think we can measure what Herb R. says is 'human sounding musical pleasures'. In a live event that is what it is like,  'human sounding musical pleasures'.  And also ...
New TEO Audio ICs, who has them?

Used Market Savings vs. The Dealer Experience
A dealer can save you money in the long run by getting what you want the first time. So it can also save you time. A good dealer is priceless. And I do not work for a dealer or have any friends that do, or even work for them. I have personally had...
I’m pretty sure I’ve lost my mind...
Hey BAs individuals on the hunt for better sound. It can be like a locksmith trying to find the combination to the lock by listening and feeling when turning the knob. And then he turns it in the last right spot. There was only one last right spot...
How did a bands' name originate?
In an attempt to create a mystery around the groups first hit record in 1965, "Shakin' All Over", Quality Records credited the single only to "Guess Who?"It was hoped that the public might assume the "Guess Who?" identity was deliberately maskin...
