The problem with this thread is there is no tolerance for anything except gushing about the products. That reeks of bias and limits any value in any case. But there is no law against it so rave on. It is what it is.

Fwiw I asked early on if anyone here doing the gushing actually paid asking retail price and did not see any responses. Gushing by known paying customers carries more weight for me.

Best Bat out of Hell recording
I was listening to my ripped from relatively recent remastered cd version a bit yesterday. Recording is about par for most rock pop recordings, not bad but lacking any soundstage depth and limited dynamics. Otherwise not bad for what it is.

one of these days someone will sell a uber expensive wire and then after further research publicly proclaim that its not so great as its price tag would suggest. Without then immediately coming up with the mkII version to replace it for even more,...
