| Tuner in the 600 range for classical music? Just get a Sansui TU 717 - under $200 it's a no brainer- But, chances are you'll never end up listening to the radio (too many commercials) to appreciate wasting money on a "great" tuner. | |
| Turntable choice: Thorens TD145 or Rega Planar 2 Frankly, I'd get an old Dual, Rek-o-kut or even a Garrard for under $100 and run them into the ground. Unless, you have more $$ for at least a Rega 3, I wouldn't bother with either of those tables. | |
