| Help recommend a good tube preamp I would suggest the Backert Labs Rhythm 1.3. Fully balanced and the best preamp I’ve owned to date. When you start tube rolling, get some adapters and use NOS 12SN7’s to replace the 12AU7’s. It’s very sensitive to tube rolling. | |

| LTA microZOTL or Backert Labs Rhumba Extreme 1.3? I own the Micro ZOTL preamp and the Backert Rhythm 1.3. I do prefer the LTA Pre over the Rhumba but the Rhythm crushes them both. The LTA is very good, but if you've got the coin go for the Rhythm. | |
