My ARC Ref250 uses a 7A Slo-Blo and been using SR RED 6.3A without any issues.  According to owners manual, each mono can draw up to 10A instantaneously so I don't recommend using a fast flow. I have a full loom of SR BLACKs waiting in the bullpen...
