New/ Used speakers, 500-800 bucks CAD 3 years young comparing to a lot of threads out there that are still active. It's just a way to get your product noticed some times.
Best beer Great thread! I do like the whiskey barrel stouts. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is also awesome after a hot day at work. After slammin one of these ease into a lighter wheat or whatever.
Any bookshelves with horn-loaded tweeters? Once again Luvs2listen doesn't disclose that he is the builder for the Vapor Aurora. Shill!I guess you gotta do what you gotta do at this point guys!
What subs do you think will pair up best? I like this newbie's username and now he's......Anyway's, the JL or Velo will give very deep and very accurate bass. "It Depends"
Warm Power Cord For Micromega Solo Pangea power cords without breaking the bank. Well constructed.
What subs do you think will pair up best? A pair of DD18's are great as well as a pair of JL Audio F113's. These were the two front runners when demoing. Extremely safe bet IMO!
What would you do? I had the same type of situation happen to me with a DIY speaker builder which turned into a fiasco here with no resolution that made me happy. So what I would do is let the dealer come to your house and replace the drivers with a contigency that ...
Audiogon members poor packing and shipping damage I recently recieved some expensive speaker stands from an up and coming speaker builder who shipped these things in a single thin ply box with about zero protection around these stands. They snapped in half where they were only glued together. Eas...
How far apart are your speakers 9' apart 4' from front of speakers to the back wall and side walls, 14' to the center of the listening position slight toe in and 10' cielings. Wall of sound with current speakers and music pours over the top of me on good to excellent recordings....
What speaker cables to buy for my Krell s300i amp? I highly recommend Clear Day dbl shotgun speaker cables. They may be able to make you good jumpers as well. Take the speaker cable to the high post and jump low if you are going to go this route.
Where did you go after Harbeth? Rgs92, I may just try those Lahave Mela's as soon as I can sell my Vapor Audio Cirrus speakers. These will be a hard sell though.
Most "Musical" sounding speaker cable under $1000 Oldcar, what speaker cable did you end up with. Usually members will say they returned a cable and replaced them with........
Most "Musical" sounding speaker cable under $1000 Sunnyjim, the Clear Day dbl shotgun soft annealed silver cables are "Musical" to me. Very natural, open and non fatiguing. Great company to deal with as well and they have a hassle free trial.
McIntosh C2300 Power Cord Recommendation Bondmanp, I am going to copy and paste what you just said on the other thousand or so cable debates. This should finally end the discussions.LOLBy the way, I like BMI power cords! That is my subjective observation.
Opinions on speakers Seadogs, I have demoed the Pulsar which is great and you know the problems I have gone through with Vapor Audio. Even then, the Pulsar can't match that RAAL tweeter. I would also put Salk on your list and maybe Selah. |
