Magneplanar Listening Comparison 1.7 vs. 3.7 Speakers
Having owned both 1.7 i and now 3.7i I completely agree with don_c55. my room is 12 x 15 and the 3.7i speakers sound fab. Definitely more weight and sound pressure too.

I second the Maggie ,Parasound Integrated recommendations . I used one with 1.7i for a year and just took a step up to the 3.7i the sound is fast and musical with plenty of power. You can always go the used route for $1500 - $1800. The phono secti...

Hey don_1 don’t be a jerk I can read the speaker size but am asking for the box size , i guess you can’t read and don’t like helping others. When I talked to the Maggie sales rep he didn’t even know the box size.

I have the 1.7 in a 12x15 room they sound amazing I'm driving them with Emotiva xpa-1L mono blocks which seem to be a good match. Currently thinking of 3.7 anyone have any experience with them in a room my size
