Speaker cable - Atlas, Audioquest, or Tellurium Q Black 2?
Since you are using AQ interconnects I recommend that you try any of the AQ Rocket series.
All-in-one integrated, 10-15K range, class A/B only
+1 for the Aesthetix Mimas. By far the most musical integrated amplifier I have heard. Good Luck on your search.
Phono Cartridge for $1,000.
The Hana ML is a great sounding cartridge. I listened to it extensively on an AMG Giro TT at my dealer, the Audio Connection in Verona, NJ. It punches way above its price point and is supposed to work well on a wide variety of turntables and arms.
Looking For Advice After Dumb Vandy Purchase
For reference I compared the Ayre to the older Ayre QB 9, the PS Audio, can’t remember which one, it was around $1500 and an older Wadia 27ix. I found the Codex to be better in every way. Also, I’ve heard too many stories about equipment breaking ...
Looking For Advice After Dumb Vandy Purchase
For a DAC I would suggest an Ayre Codex. It's a great sounding DAC and headphone amplifier.

Amp Upgrade time, $6000 budget, used or new.
I would look at the Aesthetix Atlas. It should give you what you are looking for.
Looking for an integrated amp around 4000 to 5000.
You might want to look at the Ayre EX-8 which should meet your criteria, It's a great sounding amp and has the option for a built in DAC and streaming capabilities. Good Luck!https://www.ayre.com/products/amplification/ex-8/
have you ever bought stereo without listening first
I heard that amplifier driving the new Vandersteen Kento's at the Audio Connection right before the lockdown. Nick and I listened to vinyl and the system sounded really good. The system was using an Audio Research Preamp and phono stage with a Cle...
Preamp suggestion for Quicksilver M120 amps
Aesthetix Calypso or Pallene, Audible Illusions M3 or if you can live without a remote the newest Quicksilver preamp. They all work well with the M120. You might want to reach out to John Rutan at the Audio Connection in Verona NJ. He has a lot of...
Yet another Integrated vs Separates advice post
Another vote for the Aesthetix Mimas which is right at your $7K budget. It’s the most musically satisfying integrated that I have ever heard.I would suggest that you need to hear it with your speakers though, It sounds great with my Harbeth Super ...

My Ayre AX-7e Integrated amp vs. an upgrade to the Ayre EX-8 Integrated amplifier
If you can stretch your budget a bit you should look at the Aesthetix Mimas Integrated. It's the best sounding integrated I have heard and you can add an internal DAC and phono stage if you want to. Good Luck!
Anyone use Koetsu with Harbeth
I recently did a search for a new cartridge for my system which includes Harbeth Super HL5+ speakers and the Aesthetix Mimas integrated amplifier. I use a Clearaudio Performance DC turntable. After listening to 10 different cartridges I settled on...
