Silly prices for Nordost cables
Curious why you're sure 90% of Odin 2 is bought by people who do not comparatively audition them ?

Why don't amplifier Companies use high end fuses?
Have you measured the horsepower since installing the fuses ?
Looking for a Cheap DAC?
I used Parasound Zdac and Peachtree DAC-itX both quite an improvement. I've seen both here for $175. I think anymore is wasted on the Sonos.

the second version was a nice, low cost upgrade...I had mine upgraded by ARC then moved to the LS25mkll which I liked a lot better...
Audio Research
there were actually two versions of the LS-15 though never a mk2 designation...the easiest way to tell is the second version had a removeable power cord, in addition to better caps and an improved power supply...ARC used to offer the upgrade (75%)...
CD changer
I used it with both DAC's I mentioned and was very pleasantly surprised by the sound quality

Onkyo DXC-390   I've had mine for years, still works great, think they still make them...Also sounds better with inexpensive external DAC like Parasound Zdac or Simaudio 100D...
System Upgrade Recommendations
I used Odyssey Khartago Plus with Mini Maggie system and great match

I used a Belles Soloist 1 Integrated and Simaudio 260D CD player (combined about $2000 used) with Mini Maggie system and it sounded great

Remember too that many older tv antennas blocked fm, as it falls between channels 6 and 7

I see TAS used Odin 2 in review of new $695,000 Wilson speakers...
