Dynaudio - Made in China vs Denmark
It works for me, although truth be told at the time I purchased my Node I was not thinking at all about the country of manufacture. But since the Ukraine war I am making an effort to not purchase anything that can in any way benefit the communist...

@oddiofyl , I believe that all Bluesound products are made in Canada.
Just got a new Bluesound Node. Very disappointed!
@last_lemming Wondering if you read my post above? I have been a very happy owner of a 2i for the last couple of years, running it though an external DAC. To repeat: You will want to make sure the tone controls are set to off and that you have...

You will want to make sure the tone controls are set to off and that you have the volume set to "output level fixed".

Excellent point @henry201
Canare 4S11
It is never mentioned, but I have really come to appreciate my interconnects made with Canare L-4E6S wire, which is also a star quad configuration.  They are ridiculously inexpensive, I purchased mine from Redco ages ago. Other interconnects I ha...
Audioquest Vodka vs Wireworld Starlight 8 (Not Platinum) Ethernet
@kr4  Always nice to see you posting.  Don't let our argumentative friends faze you, just accept they are always right.
Cardas Clear Reflection advice needed
I have only used RCA interconnects and can clearly hear differences when changing brands and levels within brands. But a search of this forum will find that according to Atmasphere (Ralph), if your components are fully balanced as are the compone...
Let’s share funny-stupid things we’ve done
OK, I think you will get a kick out of this. A few months ago I purchased a Schiit Lokius EQ to just add a boost to the treble when I am watching TV as I like running the cable box audio through my preamp/stereo. Simple enough to do, even in a se...
Acoustic Zen - blown tweeter - out of business? replacement?
If I was you I would call Millersound speaker repair and inquire with Bill regarding the possibility of repairing your tweeter?  They are absolutely top notch.
Need Recommendations for a pair of Speakers around $1,000
I would question the combination of the Adcom GFA-545 and Thiels.  From experience I found that Adcom to be a somewhat forward sounding amp.  And although I have never heard Thiels, I have often read that proper system matching is necessary to pre...
Maggie LRS amping question
@avicci  I see this is your first post on your first day on Audiogon, welcome! Regardless of the one post above, your LRS have received nothing but universal praise for the sound they deliver, regardless of place withing the Magnepan line.  It is...
Magico S3 mkII
@rman9 Sounds like you have a great dealer.  I'm guessing you will be able to listen to the S3s with your amp at the shop before your buy since the dealer obviously sells them.
Magico S3 mkII
@rman9  I bought the A3's in February. So if they release a replacement by the end of the year.. my dealer will still be able to swap out the A3 for the S3 replacement. Does Magico have a trade-up program where you are given a certain percenta...
What's a good amount of time to have my preamp unplugged before I swap out tubes?
Please correct me if my statement below is incorrect. It should be mentioned that this thread's advice is for changing tubes in PREAMPS ONLY, YOU MUST WAIT A FAR LONGER TIME WHEN CHANGING TUBES IN AMPLIFIERS OR RISK ELECTROCUTION.
