Abex, again i have to say to you the same thing that i said to Gonglee3's post...you obviously never heard Innersound electrostats if you say that the electrostats lack integration of the woofer with the pannel...many people think of ML when they ... 
Best high current SS Mono amps
why not Innersound Monoblocks?...they are built for electrostats and you'll love them...and you can save a chunk of money for Cd's...

interesting comments gonglee...i'm a classical music fan and that's exactly the reason i went to electrostats...well, i can tell that you probably never heard Innersound electrostats with classical music...there is no metallic sound and the chambe...

actually, i never done it...not with audio equipment...but, i've done it with 6 out of my 9 watches in my collection..."no sweetheart, this watch was only $900"...she is okay with a purchase below $1k for a watch...now, let me see....my collection... 
Bruckner 9th...
Furtie is the choice to go for most of the Bruckner's symphonies...also, you won't be dissapointed with Celibidache and my latest discovery Kabasta...these 3 are probably the conductors that understood Bruckner and the performances are nothing sho...

speakers...i don't think that my system will sound that bad if i replace the Audiomeca CD player with a $150 Pioneer DVD player, but i can bet that the system will suck big time if I replace my Innersound isis with $100 KLH speakers from best Buy... 
okay, here we go again...
that's the problem...i want to move away from pre/power amp combination that i have right now...i'm usually listening to about 90-95 dbl the loudest passages...my room is 23X18X8...and i need inputs for only one source, the cd player...

until last night i didn't believe that putting something under the Cd player will iprove the sound...i tried sand, bike innertubes, cones, etc...well, last night a friend of mine that makes a lot of covers for turntables made me a platform support...
