Just my opinion but would you gain that much better sound for the money?  You have pretty good components so would the CA CXC be that much better than your Marantz 6006?  Would you be better off selling the DAC and moving up the line?

I owned a Primaluna PL2 for several years.  Designed in the Netherlands, built in China and distributed and supported by Kevin Deal at Upscale Audio.   Solid build, great sound and great customer support.  Even though i bought mine used Kevin help...

Well one of their speakers is about $280,000 so i need to save up for a few years.  The OMA monitor at 100/db eff looks very nice but couldn't find a price.
