Emotiva ERC-4 also has a DAC for external devices, built like a tank very solid great sound

I love my Ref 3A de Capos 92db run them with 4 watt Decware amp plenty of sound not Ted Nugent loud but goodNo "crossover" but have "just a single capacitor used as a high pass filter for the tweeter" 
Best used TT for under $1k?
VPI HW-19 look hard and you might score a mk IV for under 1K

I bought my Decware mini torii used but it is worth the wait.  I have a 9 month wait for my Grommes PHI-26 and it was definitly worth the wait 
Are "vintage" DAC's worthwhile, or is this a tech that does not age well
