Best way to decrease the internal volume of a sealed speaker?
Why not use the higher number as the goal? Actually you're almost there without doing anything. By the way, that should be cubic inches, not inches.
Not much discussion around MBL
I have some bad news. I was in the room next to the MBLs in 2000, the same year you heard them. Not only did I have to put up with the loud thumping for two days but I went next door to see what all the fuss was about. The sound in the MBL was was...
Soundstage........
I've said it before and I'll say it again. By and large speakers are place too far apart. For best results one should start with the speakers fairly close together then gradually move them farther apart. I suspect you'll find the best soundstage o...

Scam dealer on Ebay?
There seems to be quite a strong market for G Shocks. It's hard to get a deal. 😬
Best way to decrease the internal volume of a sealed speaker?
In most cases there is way too much stuffing, fiberglass or whatever, in speakers. The best results will be obtained by removing most or all of the stuffing. Let the speakers breathe. Any high frequency ringing, etc. internally can be handled with...

Better Sound For Free!

The problem is the Teleportation Tweak has no peer. So how can it be peer reviewed? Duh! Like applying for patents.it's not a good idea to submit to peer review if one wishes to keep a secret. Looselips sink ships. Besides let me remind you this i...
What makes tape sound better than vinyl ?
Bingo! I liken digital to the Porterhouse steak that Jeff Goldblum sent through the transporter pod that came out in the second pod in the movie, The Fly. It was molecularly discombobulated and reassembled. It look like steak, it cooked like steak...

nmpsApparently facts and intelligent debate is not welcome here...but I rather think so called"intelligent design" ISHey, you gave it a shot. Now the name calling starts. That’s not a winning strategy here. Fair warning. 😄
Another Free Tip That Yields Better Sound!
Cupping ears doesn’t work in a room that has been treated for acoustic anomalies. Where room dynamic range has been restored. Its a dynamic range issue. It"s also a volume issue. My first product was going to be Ortho Ears.

Peer reviews just slow me down. Science has become a lumbering bureaucracy that impedes progress. Full speed ahead! Toot, toot! Science is blissfully unaware. Let sleeping dogs lie.
What makes tape sound better than vinyl ?
It’s a supreme irony that the single most important advantage that CDs have ON PAPER -dynamic range - which is obviously (on paper) what, 40 or 50 times greater than vinyl or audio cassette? You know what I’m talking about. 90 dB dynamic range and...
