Thoughts about the "Cheapaudioman" on YouTube
Today his sponsor was Sith Audiophile coffee: While not made from real audiophiles, "It captures what it means to be an audiophile, old and bitter." Heh.
I feel bad for GenX'ers that missed out on the 60s and 70s.
I was born in 1958 and even though the Beatles were big in the 1960s, I really didn't experience Beatlemania. I didn't even really understand it until I saw the movie/documentary Eight Days a Week. I agree with the OP because there is a differenc...
What are your top 3 favorite female singers?
I don't think anyone is overlooking anyone. The OP says 3. In another thread, I listed many many more.
Music for 2022- Is It Just Me Or?..
@designsfx I don’t buy that many as I would never really have an opportunity to get to know the albums. Using the old "back in the day," you used to buy an album with almost no chance to hear it before unless in a record store, radio or a friend...

@fuzztone I now know why you have that handle. If you were at all of those concerts, it's a wonder you can hear anything at all  now. 😉

Buy a pair of ten year old $40,000 speakers for $4,000 or new ones at that price point?
My two cents for what it's worth.   From what I've seen and read, there is a smaller return for the money on more expensive items meaning that the differences in really expensive stuff is realized by people with particular tastes and the equally...
The revolution has begun!
I'm usually more on other forums because this forum seems to bring out aggressiveness or criticism despite the fact that this hobby is a very subjective one.   I am trying a Class D amp for the first time based upon some opinions of posters in a...
Open Baffle Experience
Btw, a great seller, Tyson, is on US Audio and AudioCircle (Trading Post and Spatial Audio Circle) selling his X3s in immaculate condition. Great speakers.

The revolution has begun!
I just got a MiniGaN 5 amp and just started breaking it in. Today's the first day and it sounds great already. I have my KEF LS50 Metas doing break in duty and they have never sounded better. (I've only tried a couple of other amps with them thoug...
